Payment Schedule
- 1/2 of rental fees due at time of reservation
- Balance due 30 days prior to occupancy
Cancellation Policy
“In the event that Guest needs to cancel the visit after Olé has received payment(s), Olé will be happy to return such payment(s) if Olé is able to re-rent the property during the same time as Guest’s reservation. Olé will make reasonable attempts to do so. If Olé is unable to re-rent the premises, all payments made, less the security deposit, shall be forfeited.”
Given that Casa de Olé is a fairly remote property, it often is difficult to book new guests with less than 1-month notice. We expend enormous efforts to do so, but the more time you give us, the better the odds of finding a replacement guest. Additionally, if the Mexican government implements restrictions that make the property inaccessible, we will of course issue full refunds*. Note that since things have changed so frequently, we will only evaluate such requests within 45 days of your arrival.
* Note that full refunds are issued net of the 3% fee we must pay to the CC companies!
Is Casa de Olé Booked or do you have more than 14 guests?
Check out our next door neighbor’s home, Casa del Milagro, as an alternative accommodation or for additional capacity. Many folks rent them together for large groups and it works great!
