Meet Karla!

She is Casa de Olé's full-time chef and property manager.  She is an absolute gem and she aims to please.  She makes sure the property is clean for your arrival and that everything is in working order.

What our guests tell us they appreciate the most about Karla is her amazing cooking!  We've had multiple guests say her food is better than anything they can get at a restaurant in town! Have you ever vacationed before and had a personal chef catering to your taste buds? Do you want to forgo the daily shopping to feed your group?  Shouldn't the cook in your family/group be on vacation too?

It is easy to work with Karla.  Before you arrive, we help you organize the menu (lunch and dinner) for the first few days of your stay and then you work directly with her as your stay progresses.  She will shop daily in town for the freshest ingredients, then come out to the house, clean up as necessary, and then start preparing lunch and dinner for your group.   She can also prepare Mexican lemonade, fresh fruit and fresh fruit juice (agua fresca).  If your group runs out of other supplies she can often help with those as well.

How the $$ work
The cost of Karla's services are included in the property's nightly fee. At the end of each day, she will ask to be reimbursed for the groceries she bought for you (and she'll present you the receipts as well).  When your stay is over, if you enjoyed her hospitality, she always appreciates a gratuity!
