This home has been designed and maintained as a high-end rental for those who want to enjoy only the finest accommodations in Rocky Point. The main house can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people, and the guest house can accommodate 4. We cannot allow occupancy for groups any larger than this as it would stress the house, the utility systems and the owners!

* All rates are quoted in U.S. dollars and do not include Mexican sales tax (I.V.A.). This tax is an additional 10%

	Maximum of 14 total occupancy for both houses.
	Both the main home and guest house include the services of an on-site maid who will clean daily and can provide cooking services. If the units are rented separately, cooking services are only available for those staying in the main home.
	When renting the main house or both houses, the rates include up to $15/day in propane use. Additional propane use above this amount will be deducted from the security & propane deposit.
	During the months of May - October, there is special information and cost structure for those who wish to have access to Air Conditioning - please see the summer rentals page for more details!
	Check-in time is 3:30 pm on the day of your arrival and check-out time is 10:30 am the day of your departure. If you are interested in early arrival or late departures, please check with the property managers up to 1 week prior to your stay to see about availability.

Please read the utilities information to understand how the water, electric, propane gas, septic and telephone systems work. This is a special "beach paradise" and are glad to share it with you. We simply ask you to take care of our family getaway as if it is your own and enjoy the amenities!
