This home has been designed
and maintained as a high-end rental for those
who want to enjoy only the finest accommodations in Rocky Point. The
main house can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people, and the guest
house can accommodate 4. We cannot allow occupancy for groups
any larger thanthis as it would stress the house, the utility systems and
the owners!

There is a 3-day minimum stay over weekends. See

Maximum of 14 total occupancy
for both houses.
Both the main home and guest house
include the services of an on-site maid who will clean daily
and can provide cooking services.
If the units are rented separately, cooking services are only available
for those staying in the main home.
When renting the main house or both houses, the rates
include up to $15/day in propane use. Additional propane use above
this amount will be deducted from the security & propane deposit.

Check-in time is 3:30 pm on the day of your arrival and
check-out time is 10:30 am the day of your departure. If you are
interested in early arrival or late departures, please check with
the property managers up to
1 week prior to your stay to see about availability.
