See the "Rental & Price" page for pricing.  The home includes an on-site maid who will clean daily and can, on request, cook during the day.   All linens and bath towels are provided.  Please contact the property managers for availability. 

Payment & Paperwork Information

What
When booking the reservation
bulletTo confirm your reservation on the calendar, half of the lodging fees and your signed rental agreement are required  
bullet You will receive a receipt for this payment.
30 days prior to arrival
bulletOther half of lodging fees
bulletSecurity Deposit (one night's fee) and propane deposit (if renting during the summer)
bulletYou will receive a receipt for this payment, along with a menu planner to be used if you desire Rosa to cook for your group.
1 week prior to your arrival
bulletYour menu planner is due back to us so we can communicate this ahead of time to Rosa on your behalf.
Within 30 days after your departure
bullet After your stay, there will be a property inspection.  The cost to repair any damages and/or replace missing items will be subtracted from your security deposit (this is not common, but it has occurred).
bullet In addition, not respecting the Rental Rules may result in forfeiture of the security deposit. 
bullet You will receive the balance due to you

The property managers will work hard to insure you have a wonderful stay. 
 

Cancellation Information

Please understand that the property managers are not a management company and don't have the luxury of being able to easily fill openings when cancellations they occur.  If you must cancel, the property managers will work with you to find another renter to take your time slot.  Obviously, giving us as much advance notice as possible increases the chances of finding a replacement.  The cancellation and damage policies below have been developed to be as fair as possible for both parties:

Less than 30 days prior to arrival
bullet Subject to forfeiture of all money paid (less the security deposit). 

(In either case, if another renter is booked during your time slot, all money will be refunded to you.)
