Besides Rosa the housekeeper, there are a number of resources you have to
ensure you get prompt assistance
with any problems.
 | Sam Jennings, is typically
onsite daily and is completely bi-lingual. Sam can also be contacted
by asking one of the security guards to call him.

| Many of the beachfront homes also have house
keepers. Feel free to ask them for assistance if Rosa is not
available for some reason.

| The Bella Vita sales office, located inside the
Playa la Jolla community is now staffed daily, again with bi-lingual
staff. They can also be reached by contacting of the security
guards.

| It is a rare weekend when there isn't more than a
few owners down. Most are quite willing to help with common issues.
